I want to talk about coconut oil….if you are in the paleo or primal movement right now then you know how awesome this oil is:)

“Let me take you to the jungles of northern Brazil, far from civilization. This info and more can be found in the book by Bruce Fife, C.N., N.D.  called “The Coconut Oil Miracle”  Please check it out there is a lot of great info about how coconut oil can help you as well as testimonials.   It also has some recipes in the back of the book but, as some of them use grain (flour, sugar, wheat and wheat noodles) I don’t advocate them. But, the book is worth buying just for all the good info on coconut oil and how you can benefit:)

So get lots of good fat (coconut oil, tallow, lard, REAL butter, and avocados) and you will see a huge difference in your energy levels….til next time be safe:)
